Straightforward online booking system. I received the car I was promised (Toyota RAV4 Hybrid). Almost new car with very low mileage. Very clean inside and out. Very quick check in process on Waiheke Island. Comprehensive insurance cover. Maybe a little expensive, but overall a very good experience.

From the booking online to picking up to dropping off was easy, simple & very good service. Staff at the Auckland depot were very friendly & helpful. The car was near new, very clean, tidy & undamaged Toyota Rav 4. The depot was easy to find at the airport along with the shuttle provided after drop off. I will be using them again next time I come home to NZ.

Online booking process was easy. Shuttle service at the airport was good with a very friendly and cheerful driver. Picking the car up was efficient. Toyota Yaris hybrid was brand new, clean and very comfortable to drive - both around Auckland and on a road trip to Taranaki and back to Auckland.

A friend recommended Go Rentals to me as she said they were easy to book with and the process from airport to collecting your car was easy. I can agree and I really enjoyed driving the car I was given. My only gripe was the fact when the shuttle driver came he didn’t have enough room to take everyone and quickly ushered me to the van, leaving my 12 year old daughter with people we were giving a ride to rainbows end but that I barely knew… it was really stressful for me.

The staff went along way to make the process easy. They were helpful and friendly. We will be back and have already recommended your services to friends.
