Our show, (James Taylor, Brandi Carlisle, Shawn Colvin at Fenway Park) in 2020 was canceled due to COVID. There was a choice of a voucher for 120% to use within 365 days, or a full refund, (less delivery fees). However, we did not receive/read the email noting that a refund request was only valid for 12 hours from the time Good Seats sent their email with this information. TWELVE HOURS? So now we had to purchase tickets to something or lose our $434.11. We used it to buy two tickets to an upcoming show. The tickets through Good Seats were 149.80 after using our voucher. Then we had to pay $160.64 for a service fee and 9.95 for a delivery charge. (E ticket). That totaled $238.48. Total cost for the two tickets, including voucher: $ 672.59. Face value of the General Admission tickets for this show: 2@$46, ($50 at the door).
We are so disappointed with this ticket reseller, and will never purchase events tickets through Good Seats Tickets again.
