Total scam
Total scam. They sent me screenshots of mobile tickets instead of the real things. This means no barcode so I cannot resell them. Reached out to customer service multiple times with no response... The concert was postponed due to COVID which means they won't refund me even though no concert date was announced and I'm not even sure my tickets are authentic.
