DO NOT BOOK! They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying "There's been an error processing your request". Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said "We'll send you your tickets in 1hr". I waited 2hrs and called, they then said "Sorry, there are no tickets left for that show tonight". They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can't guarantee tickets?!

Great..fast delivery. Cheaper than Stub Hub!!

Scam. Did not deliver tickets on day of event after I paid for them 3 months earlier. Really really bad.

If I could give this fraudulent company a negative number I would! Bought tickets they cannot prove are legit and have pawned me off to My Ticket Tracker who is a SCAM company too (check their reviews, worse than Good Seat Tickets😳) I paid Good Seat Tickets NOT My Ticket Tracker Scam Company! I have no tickets and had to file a dispute with PayPal who by all accounts is complicit in this scheme too according to their own Community blog on their website! I have reported them to the Attorney General and FCC! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM GOOD SEAT TICKETS OR MY TICKET TRACKER THEIR ARE SCAMMERS!

Great to get tickets but surcharge for each ticket was very steep! For this reason don’t know if I’ll use them again.

Tickets were in fact cheaper but then they threw in like an 80 dollar fee and my account had an separate charge for like 18 dollars but I’m not sure if that was bc of the tickets and good seats

I ordered tickets and was very concerned after seeing so many bad reviews. I brought several tickets and spent over $500.00. I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful and put me at ease. The tickets were just fine. I paid alittle more, but got great seats very close to the show. We had a great time! I will definitely order from Goodseats again!

The fee charged by the service should be stated up front so when choosing a ticket, the price is as expected. I paid over $200 extra for 2 tickets. Yikes!
