Worst customer service
Worst customer service. No one will ever answer your email or your phone calls. Purchase tickets in 2019 and still trying to get my refund after it was canceled. Now I made a claim with my bank. Supposedly they used another company to purchase the tickets and that company is impossible to get a hold of as well. So now I’m trying to get answers from either company and no one will answer phones.
