Stay away don’t buy from this site!!! They sold us a ticket that’s worth $68.75 each for $100/each plus $33 service fee for each ticket!! You do the math!!! They advertised us the lowest price around..do not be fooled!!! All sales are final, no refunds or returns

I got an outstanding deal and especially where the seats are located. I was very happy that the price for two tickets was within my budget. WOULD HIGH RECOMMEND "GOODSEATTICKETS.COM" to my family & friends.
I bought 4 tickets for the Jimmy Buffett concert in Orlando on the 5th of December 2019. My two sisters were flying in from KY/AL for the weekend and show. I called for a refund for the two tickets for my sisters, since they can't be here for a rescheduled show. I was informed that they do not issue refunds unless the show is cancelled, because of insurance. I asked to speak to his supervisor and after a 20 minute hold, the supervisor gets on with ATTITUDE and when I tell him that his company doesn't have the best of reputations and he was forcing me to get my card issuer involved, he responded "do what you want to do". His name is FABRICIO. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
Horrible customer service! Initial customer service agent super friendly. Got disconnected and when I called back to finish my transaction was transferred to the supervisor who was very rude. Customer service fees are outrageous! Over $38/ticket! And the supervisor refused to give the quoted 5% discount that was advertised on the website. He was very condescending and kept cutting me off. Not a good experience!
Purchased tickets to sporting event. Prices seemed reasonable when compared to other resale sites. After completing purchase and receiving confirmation it seemed we were all set. However, about 24 hours later, after charging my credit card, I received an email stating they could not fill the order and they would process a refund "soon". Several days have passed with no refund. Will need to dispute charge with my credit card company. Will never attempt to use them again.

Quick and easy only reason why I didn’t 5 star because I was charge $8.95 for delivery. I don’t get physical tickets mailed I have to print out my own tickets. So therefore there’s no reason to charge for delivery!
