Good seat tickets was horrible
Good seat tickets was horrible. It was hard to contact support when they didn't email our tickets on time and had us waiting till the last minute to see if our tickets worked. Don't waste your time and money

They are the worst!
They are the worst!! Ordered tickets for Hamilton for today's afternoon performance. After calling repeatedly they finally sent our tickets, however when at the theater, the tickets would not scan. Called the company and they were unable to get ahold of original supplier. Needless to say, we did not get to see the show. We got credited for the tickets, but it is unfortunate that GoodSeats does not use reputable vendors.

NEVER AGAIN!
Worst experience ever..I ordered my tickets for a concert 2 MONTHS AHEAD and they said my tickets would be sent 24 hours prior to the concert but never received my tickets..I had to call back to back the day of my concert..They basically gave my tickets to someone else when I ordered wayyy ahead..they gave me my refund but I missed out on making money, canceled all other plans, paid for my expensive concert clothes just for them to say they gave my tickets away because “me and someone else ordered them at the same time”
