Worst customer service

Worst customer service. No one will ever answer your email or your phone calls. Purchase tickets in 2019 and still trying to get my refund after it was canceled. Now I made a claim with my bank. Supposedly they used another company to purchase the tickets and that company is impossible to get a hold of as well. So now I’m trying to get answers from either company and no one will answer phones.

Do not buy tickets from Good Seats

I purchased tickets in Feb of 2020 for Gabriel Iglesias. I patiently waited for the event to be rescheduled and it was for 10/14. On the day of the event I had my original purchase email with pin number however was getting an error message when attempting to pull my tickets. I went to the ticket issue desk at the venue and was told my tickets were resold and i had to reach out to good tickets for a refund. I've been calling for two weeks holding for over 30 minseach time only to get a recording promising a call back.. Three calls three promised all back no contact with good them.. I need a refund for my unusable tickets

Horrible customer service

I purchased 10 tickets to the Black Crows concert in the Woodlands, TX. They were all together in the same row. The tickets finally came in. 6 were in row W, and 4 were in row T. I emailed and tried to call. They did not correct the mistake. The night of the concert, the box office said the 4 tickets in row T were no good. They said I had to call Goodseats to have them send me legit tickets. Goodseats never answers their phone. I asked the box office if anyone else had checked in to those seats, they said yes. The tickets I had in row T were sold at least twice. I have to buy 4 more tickets. I have tried emailing Goodseats and calling. They refuse to reply to my email or call me back. This has been the worse experience I have ever had purchasing tickets. I go to concerts several times a year. I would never use Goodseats again. I have filed a claim with the BBB. I have spent a lot of time trying to get the right tickets and now trying to get a refund for the fraudulent tickets I was sold. STAY AWAY FROM “GOOD”SEATSTICKETS

No Sign Of Life

Bought two tickets to a show that was originally scheduled for September 2020. Of course that got canceled because of Covid. Was given a voucher to use, and when the artist rescheduled their tour. I used the voucher to purchase tickets again. My problem with good seats tickets, is that you CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!!! The link to print up my tickets was sent to a Gmail account that was hacked, and I no longer have access to it. The venue that the concerts being held at still requires a paper ticket. So I've been calling good seats for 2 weeks, staying on hold each time for about 45 minutes I've tried every option I've pushed every button and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I've emailed them about five times with no response so now I'm out $900. This sucks

Disappointed in high service fees…

Disappointed in high service fee $40.32 plus a $9.95 delivery charge just to email me my tickets to transfer into Apple Wallet. This is rediculous. It’s like I almost bought another ticket for that price.

Terrible experience.

Our show, (James Taylor, Brandi Carlisle, Shawn Colvin at Fenway Park) in 2020 was canceled due to COVID. There was a choice of a voucher for 120% to use within 365 days, or a full refund, (less delivery fees). However, we did not receive/read the email noting that a refund request was only valid for 12 hours from the time Good Seats sent their email with this information. TWELVE HOURS? So now we had to purchase tickets to something or lose our $434.11. We used it to buy two tickets to an upcoming show. The tickets through Good Seats were 149.80 after using our voucher. Then we had to pay $160.64 for a service fee and 9.95 for a delivery charge. (E ticket). That totaled $238.48. Total cost for the two tickets, including voucher: $ 672.59. Face value of the General Admission tickets for this show: 2@$46, ($50 at the door). We are so disappointed with this ticket reseller, and will never purchase events tickets through Good Seats Tickets again.

Never again!!!

Unprecedented pandemic situation. The event has been rescheduled three times. We are now at the mercy of the date of rescheduling. Even Ticketmaster is refunding tickets and this company refuses to refund the tickets as long as the event keeps getting rescheduled. I have never heard of such bad customer service. I don't give a crap what your contract says. This is a pandemic situation and exceptions should be made. Hanging on to the contract terms just because you can will get you no business in the future. I guarantee it. They offered to help me sell my tickets for way less.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Will not refund our money even though the event has been rescheduled now for the 4th time. The updated reschedule is almost 2 years from the date the original event was supposed to take place. I won't ever use them again and I recommend you use a more reputable company!

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!! don’t make the same mistake as I did. I bought tickets way in advance with their insurance, however, the concert got postponed another time and they do not refund. In addition, their costumer service is overwhelmed and not responsive at all. Most companies have refunded their guests but this company will do everything to keep your money interest free in their pocket.

Total scam

Total scam. They sent me screenshots of mobile tickets instead of the real things. This means no barcode so I cannot resell them. Reached out to customer service multiple times with no response... The concert was postponed due to COVID which means they won't refund me even though no concert date was announced and I'm not even sure my tickets are authentic. Go check out their profile on the BBB and you'll see what people have experienced with them.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I bought tickets through them for the BTS concert in dallas for 2020. Apparently it was "indefinitely postponed". The insurance I bought on the tickets was a joke. I lost over $350.00 on 2 tickets and can't even get a partial refund. Definitely not a good company and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

This is BAD BUSINESS

This is BAD BUSINESS. DO THE RIGHT THING "GOOD" SEATS. Good business practice would be during a pandemic, to give the purchaser the option of a refund. My concert has been rescheduled out 15 months from now. A refund policy should be in effect until June 2021. I bought 5 tickets and am out nearly $2,000 if everyone cannot make the new show date. Almost immediately after I made the purchase, COVID hit and 3 of the ticket holders lost their jobs, so I didn't make them reimburse me right away. So far 1 has had to move out of state to stay with family and get on her feet and the other 2 are a couple interviewing put of state for jobs and don't know if they can afford to come back. Your fees were high enough per ticket to allow for refunds. All you will do is re-market the tickets and sell them again. What's YOUR loss?

Good Seat Tickets doesn't even deserve…

Good Seat Tickets doesn't even deserve 1 star. Due to the COVID pandemic, the show I bought tickets for was rescheduled for 2021, they didn't even offer the option of a refund unlike every other site that I bought tickets for this year. I will never use this site to get tickets again and neither should you.

DO NOT BUY TICKET FROM THEM.. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR REFUND POLICY! You guys don't deserve a star! Bon Jovi gave them the money back for our refund and they would not issue it. They said they gave us a timely manner to respond to an email which I was not expecting to get my money back or receive a voucher. That's bull crap why didn't they just not refund my money?

Reseller no guarantee at all!

Reseller no guarantee at all, the event gets rescheduled 12 tomes .. we’ll just wait or resell your seats. This is where the arena directed me to for purchase.. never again! The policy is we don’t care, we already have you money.
