Matthew was so friendly from the outset it was a great start, then he was reassuring in the way he explained everything, he was knowledgeable about how things worked, understood my situation, showed initiative in what I could do, really attentive, if only Everyone could be like Matt, I’ve had a real tough time recently, after moving communicating with insurance and everyone was quite tired then after speaking with Matt, I know where I am, sorted, big ✅, what a credit to an already pretty impressive company, promote or reward Matt somehow please 🙏 excellent work Matthew.
