Meter classification change.
Was unable to get quotes for a new supply due to my meter being classed as PC3. Needed it changed to PC1. Delt with Michaela who was polite, efficient and prompt in all correspondence. I cannot thank her enough. So much so, its made us think twice about switching as I find it hard to believe that this customer service would be matched if we were with another utility company. Thank You!
