I've been with Good Energy for a few years now, initially just because my solar panels were connected to the company. However, a couple of years ago I made the switch from one of the major suppliers because I wanted to back a company dedicated entirely to Green energy. Their website is clear, their service is good. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to queries and requests. I recently corresponded with Juliana about reducing my direct debit payments and getting a refund on the considerable credit I had built up. Juliana responded immediately and agreed to my request. It is very nice simply to deal with human beings who respond! I am very happy with the service and glad to be helping to promote sustainable energy practices.

I needed assistance with maintaining a Smart EV account after July 31 st 25. I was quickly put thro’ to your agent Manashi. She was very friendly and efficient. She quickly established that my email was only connected to the FIT tariff and not to my supply account. When she rectified this, we were able to set up a new Smart EV account. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Manashi!

The telephone was answered quickly, The customer service agent listened carefully to my problem and confirmed what would happen next including an email to follow with more information in. The email arrived promptly after the call. The process of replacing my IHD happened exactly as the agent described. She was very helpful and efficient.

This solar panel experience is completely new to me and the people ( conor and nessa)at good energy have made things more easy for me to understand and the app is also easy to negotiate as well which should make life easier in the future to submit meter readings etc. Thankyou good energy.
