Assistance switching to new Smart EV A/C
I needed assistance with maintaining a Smart EV account after July 31 st 25. I was quickly put thro’ to your agent Manashi. She was very friendly and efficient. She quickly established that my email was only connected to the FIT tariff and not to my supply account. When she rectified this, we were able to set up a new Smart EV account.
