Here in deepest Devon we were desperate, struggling with Broadband not worthy of the name. I didn't want to resort to satellite, so reached out to several companies. Trevor from GO was the only one to respond. His positivity and agile thinking has found us a solution; we have gone from 0.08 to18! Price is very fair, people good to deal with and, although it is early days, I would highly recommend on our experience so far.

Every single big provider and my other local one were unwilling to put a connection in to my rural area. Trevor saw it as a challenge and got me the speeds I need for 4K streams, video calls and all the cat videos while other folks in my house do the same. Couldn't fault it.

The company recently installed our Internet and landline. After a while we realised that we needed a WiFi extender to enable the system to reach the furthest point of our home. The Company confirmed that they could provide one, gave us a competitive quote, and quickly personally delivered it. They would also have installed it if we wished, but it was set up for `plug & play' and we easily did it ourselves. One of the great advantages of this Company is that it's local to us; they are friendly and knowledgeable and easy to contact if we have any questions or concerns.

Excellent service from the men that came to fix the internet. Actual internet connection Is now much better than it was although not 100% perfect but when is any internet signal 100%.

We have continual interruptions with our Wi Fi.Went down last Sunday afternoon and not on till 10 am Monday morning.Today,Saturdayeveningwe sat down to watch a Netflix film and again down at 7 pm.. not to come on again that night.Its just not reliable.This has happened several times over the past month.Its just not reliable.On ringing them up told mast down in our area.Again!! They should not be taking people’s money in areas they cannot provide a decent service.Its just pot luck if wi fi is down for an hour or a day.Think again if you are about to use their service.My wife has had to stop playing her online poker with friends as wi fi gone halfway through her last two evening games.😕

We have had a lot of lose of signal over the past week

Since switching to Go Internet in Oct 2019, my Internet instantly jumped from a Download speed of 6.59 to 49.47 & Upload from 0.2925 to 4.96. So much of an improvement!

We instructed Go Internet to overhaul our internet and phone capabilities in our office. Over the years we'd just 'put a new cable in' every time a computer was added to the group, but some cables were now redundant, and our old provider was becoming more and more unreliable. The Team from Go Internet came in, assessed, estimated, and gave us a quote for the work which was very reasonable. We asked them to do the work and it was carried out very professionally and when the office was closed, to minimise disruption. A very smooth transition, and now we have a whole new server with great remote access and our problems are dealt with very quickly.

Good people to deal with

Super company to deal with. We took on their hosted voip phone system which was done at a great price and is now saving us £400+ a month compared to our old internal system. They have brought us right up to date enabling us to answer calls anywhere. The few issues we have had Go Internet have been very prompt to sort.

Works just great and life saver at this time!!
