I would highly recommend Go Internet as they have offered fantastic customer service from start to finish. The pre-installation support from Kev was great, and he answered all of my queries, and ensured that everything was installed on time. There was a slight issue with the installation, and I submitted a ticket at 8.04pm on a Friday evening, and by 8.07pm I had already received a response from a guy called Trevor who provided clear instructions on what I needed to do to solve the issue. I requested an engineer to come out on the Monday, and Go Internet organised for someone to visit. The engineer was very friendly, and helpful, and the issue was fully resolved. Internet is fast, and phone line is working perfectly. All in all a great customer experience.
Recommended to me from a neighbour, I thought I would get in contact. Lovely friendly, quick contact back and clear and honest pricing. Once we said we will go ahead, a very quick appointment was arranged and the mast and hub were attached, plugged in and working within an hour. I would thoroughly recommend Go Internet to anyone. Oh, and the internet speed is awesome!
The set-up process was simple and we can't believe the speeds we get living on a quiet country lane. No fibre here. OK, so we're lucky, we're in sight of a mast. And, yes, it's pricey, but compared to the 1Mbps speeds we got in rural Gloucestershire, and given we're all working from home now, we're prepared to take the hit. The customer service is really excellent - it's so good to deal with a business who knows who you are and really seems to care.

not being in the habit of leaving reviews for everything i purchase but i felt the service and outcome of the internet provision supplied by Go was nothing short of brilliant. I live in Ventnor and have been with a major national company for years , kept being told it will be better soon etc etc talking to a faceless tel sales assistant , never the same person but always the same result , terrible internet. So called the guys at Go , what a breath of fresh air , got names! but more important got results and what a difference , finally got proper internet speeds , No buffering on films and gaming at the same time! Smooth transfer from previous provider to Go Internet was well managed by G I . When there was an issue with the VOIP they found the problem and liased with myself and our previous provider to restore a good service as soon as was possible. Go Internet are approachable and prompt in responding to customer queries. I have no problem in recommending them
