Wight Wireless provide the service I expect. They do more :- I received a new PVR as a present at Xmas which would not connect. They came to my home and spent about 60/90 minutes getting it to work on a Saturday morning, No charge. That is service.
We moved into a new property where Wight Wireless were the providers of the broadband, the switchover was seamless with no issues as was the transfer of my VOIP phone number. Thorin provided a very personable and efficient service I was very pleased - such a difference to BT and the like.

Better than what was here before, but not as good as promised. There are still drop- outs and the speed varies. Response is quite quick when there are problems, but they're too frequent.

I have been with this ISP server for a number of years when i joined Nammitnet the forerunner to Wight Wireless. It is nice to know there is someone local if I need help at any time ie when the wire was nibbled by mice! I would not change my ISP and recommend.

Wight Wireless provides outstanding internet access for me, a resident living in rural Isle of Wight. The speed available cannot be surpasses by any current alternative, which is only copper based providers. Customer service is prompt and friendly, at all hours of the day. There are rare outages associated with adverse weather like thunder storms, but these are usually short and an inevitable side effect of type of technology. I also get my phone service through Wight Wireless, and have no issues.
Excellent service and assistance as needed so far
Greatful for the improved service but on occasion line speed drops below the threshold to steam Netflix in HD. Also periodic maintenance for 2 or 3 hours is abit inconvenient but they do try and do it out of peak time if it can be helped and it is always communicated in advance. All in all a good service if a hard line to your property is not an option.
The best broadband we've had in 15 years. Wight Wireless is knowledgable and honest in their dealings with us over the years. I can count on one hand how many companies we deal with that conduct themselves in such a manner. Questions are honestly answered and importantly, not blamed back on the customer. Price? We've saved hundreds of pounds each year since moving from BT to Wight Wireless. Yes, hundreds. Plus using a Voip service, LocalPhone (fluffybunny.eu) our phone bill with line rental has never exceeded £3 per month!
