Solved our broadband speed problem. Now reliable 50 Mbps. It work s!

It’s transformed our internet experience. Inspite of being relatively remote we have a first class service and speed.

This service still has its problems but as with anything new you have to give it time. The response time when things do go wrong is usually good and they give you information if things are about to disrupt service,

Excellent Customer Service Although we have had a few problems with our telephone lines and there has occasionally been issues with the internet, the customer service is excellent (and as they say nobody is perfect!)

Good customer service and fast resolution of network problems. Equipment does get affected in extreme weather, but other than that I would recommend WW to a friend.

Although not perfect, it's better than what we had

is there better than excellent without using superlatives...probably not but if there is WW deserve every plaudit.....rock on..

When the service works, cannot fault it. However, lately the service has been very intermittent, yet when we check the service status it says all is ok, and we go through all the usual resets and still nothing, so we call an engineer and just goes to voicemail. So unfortunately we’ve come to expect that if the service is down, then who knows when it’ll be up and running. Definitely a better outage and update system is needed to keep customers informed.
