When the service works
When the service works, cannot fault it. However, lately the service has been very intermittent, yet when we check the service status it says all is ok, and we go through all the usual resets and still nothing, so we call an engineer and just goes to voicemail. So unfortunately we’ve come to expect that if the service is down, then who knows when it’ll be up and running. Definitely a better outage and update system is needed to keep customers informed.
