I ordered my oxygen machine on the 6th, it is now the 13th and they have not even shipped it, but they asked for a review.

I got my columns today and the work great. The only reason I didn’t give you the 5th star is because you never texted me the shipping and ETA of delivery. I was getting a little anxious today but before l texted you about it, it arrived so thank you.

Cyrus does his best to accommodate your needs! I am very appreciative of his efforts. One thing would be communication needs improving like tracking information. Other Than that I have no complaints

I wanted to have my wife use the concentrator a few days before giving a review. It was shipped on time and packaged very well. Unit had low hours as described, all lights and warning sounds worked well. Price was very good for someone on a fixed income as I am. I would recommend the company with no regrets.

I tried going through my insurance previously to cover my CPAP costs but after 3 weeks of no sleep (my other one died), I was desperate for an immediate solution. We live 4 hours away from GMS Medical but were already heading in that direction, so we made a call. The gentleman that assisted us was AMAZING (I believe he was the owner/manager) and he got a new machine ready for us in a matter of a couple days. Because we were driving such a distance, we weren't sure when we'd arrive. He was super helpful letting us know when we could come by (even on a Saturday) and was nothing but pleasant. My machine is working great, but the gem of the experience is centered around genuine customer service. He was understanding of our sense of urgency and was purely kind and professional. I will 100% continue to support this company!

Ordering was simple and easy, they also upgraded my oxygen concentrator. I recommend GMS to everyone who wants great service!

My sincere apologies to GMS Medical for my earlier review. I was confused about which company I bought my oxygenator from. I received a call this morning from a very polite and respectful man explaining my error. I had indeed ordered and promptly received a filter for the machine in question, but alas the filter was not the problem with the machine. I greatly appreciate being corrected. I take reviews of businesses seriously and read them before ordering products. I recommend GMS Medical for oxygen needs

Overall it was a good experience. My only issue was when the overnight shipping was not upheld as advertised. But quality was good.

It was fast and easy. We have a lot of trouble with other websites. We don't use the Internet often and find it difficult to navigate through the mess. Not that it matters to us but we couldn't track the package. It only shows label generated. Thank you and everybody have a great day.
