Product ordered and money taken, but no product delivered. I emailed and was told that the product was backordered but would be delivered in a couple days. I did get the product as advertised. Communication was poor.

They were delivered 6 days after ordering.. One of the beds had pressure when i removed the cover the other didn't. They installed normally... The thing that impresses me is the smell.. normally when i change sieve beds they have an odor that takes my breath away until they break-in these don't have that odor.. I hope that's a good sign.. The machine is working at optimum efficiency now So far I'm extremely pleased

The price was good.It took a few days before it shipped, but still got it in a week. The tracking number was not linked so had to copy and paste each time to track the delivery. That was kind of a pain, but overall good experience.
