The service was great. The part was delayed from manufacture and I called and the sent a part at once. It was for my o2 concentrator. So I greatly appreciated it.

Cyrus was a delight to work with, he was very patient with this old lady, knowledgeable, friendly & very patient.

Cyrus at GMS was great. He always answered calls or texts promptly and was always available for problem solving and resolution of issues. Very nice to talk to, and such a pleasure to deal with a representative that actually helps the customer!

Placed an order on a Wednesday for my son's CPAP machine. The machine was on my doorstep the next day! Amazing service AND the best price on the Resmed Autosense 11 Autoset. I highly recommend this company!

This company was terrible! We ordered a replacement joystick for my electric wheelchair over 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. We have called customer service twice and each time they swear it’s been sent but I still do not have it. I am a double amputee and have only 3 fingers and I’ve had to use a push wheelchair for the past month. I can’t clean around my house, I can’t cook and I am limited to the places I can go. I’m very disappointed in this company. Please don’t sell medical equipment, if you aren’t going to be prompt in getting the product out to people who truly are relying on it. I should get a full refund on this order.

I ordered the pride victory sport four wheel scooter for my dad and he loves it . Cyrus gates was very helpful from the beginning of purchasing the scooter up until delivery . He answered every question I had and was patient about it all . The scooter is in great condition and my dad told me this is the best scooter he has had in his life .
