Excelent et rapide. J'ai eu un peu de difficultés à réserver les parkings. Une fois les tickets achetés je verrais bien un Pop-Up qui donne le lien pour la réservation de parkings.

Die Bestellung ist gut organisiert. Bei Rückfragen während des Prozesses von Bestellung über Bezahlung bis Lieferung wurde immer zeitnah, freundlich und hilfreich geantwortet. Bei der Zustellung der Fan-Pakete war nicht ganz klar, ob eventuell die Tickets enthalten sind und ob die Bestellung persönlich entgegen genommen werden muss. Ich musste mir zweimal frei nehmen (Termin wurde verschoben), weil es nicht eindeutig ersichtlich war. Das Paket wurde dann einfach abgestellt, obwohl ich vor Ort war.

I bought 2 tickets for the F1 GP Monza in Italy with a seat upgrade, and I received 2 tickets, but without the seat upgrade. This portal is a reseller and took money for an upgrade of over 36 Euros + operational costs, and does nothing. Right now, it is a huge problem to get a return of money or received upgrace because GT (Global Tickets) all the time responded to me that tickets are not allowed to upgrade, which is nonsense because the promoter of F1 on the official web page exactly pointed out which tickets are nominated to upgrade, and the ticket for General Admission are approved to upgrade. The Global-Ticket doesn't want to do the upgrade and doesn't even want to return the money for the upgrade option + operation costs. In my opinion, if you want to buy any ticket for a very popular event better is check the price, because it will be cheaper on the viagogo portal or ticketswap portal. I strongly do not recommend this web page and this company for buying the ticket. Tnansaction is non secure, contact is poor, feedback is not constrcutive and only money lost. If you need any ticket better is to visit funpage or fan portals that I mentioned above. Do not lost your money via GT. Think twice before you order or buy products. Even right now, each day I try to receive the feedback, and nothing, no response from GT site. In my opinion, this is a violation of all customer laws in EU, and I need to push this case to EU consumer authority to fix this issue.

Habíamos comprado 2 entradas vip para mi y para mi mujer, para darle sorpresa a nuestro hijo con 5 años que es superfan de Marc. Como en el circuit no pagan menores de 6 años pensábamos que aquí tampoco y nos han hecho sacar entrada para él "porque VIP es diferente que estandar" Muy mal

Los acompañantes de global No sabían español y tremenda falta de comunicación con el circuito, el sábado tuvimos que andar 3 kilómetros más para llegar a donde nos hiba a dejar el autobús, a la vuelta del circuito el domingo nos recojio el autobús media hora mas tarde de lo acordado tuvimos que esperar al sol y luego se equivocaron de carretera y perdimos otra media hora para llegar al hotel
