The F1 GP Monza tickets issue.
I bought 2 tickets for the F1 GP Monza in Italy with a seat upgrade, and I received 2 tickets, but without the seat upgrade. This portal is a reseller and took money for an upgrade of over 36 Euros + operational costs, and does nothing. Right now, it is a huge problem to get a return of money or received upgrace because GT (Global Tickets) all the time responded to me that tickets are not allowed to upgrade, which is nonsense because the promoter of F1 on the official web page exactly pointed out which tickets are nominated to upgrade, and the ticket for General Admission are approved to upgrade. The Global-Ticket doesn't want to do the upgrade and doesn't even want to return the money for the upgrade option + operation costs. In my opinion, if you want to buy any ticket for a very popular event better is check the price, because it will be cheaper on the viagogo portal or ticketswap portal. I strongly do not recommend this web page and this company for buying the ticket. Tnansaction is non secure, contact is poor, feedback is not constrcutive and only money lost. If you need any ticket better is to visit funpage or fan portals that I mentioned above. Do not lost your money via GT. Think twice before you order or buy products. Even right now, each day I try to receive the feedback, and nothing, no response from GT site. In my opinion, this is a violation of all customer laws in EU, and I need to push this case to EU consumer authority to fix this issue.
