Alain was an excellent guide! He was friendly and accommodating, prompt and responsive. Will definitely book with Global Tickets again.

ES IST SEHR EINFACH TICKETS ZU BUCHEN UND ES KLAPPT ALLES SEHR GUT, BEI FRAGEN BEKOMMT MAN SOFORT Antwort und Hilfe.

I tried to book Aifel tour tickets when I was in Paris at the begining of last month(June). I did the booking for the next day online. My card payment has been accepted, however a moment later I have got message from Global Tickets that there are no tickets available for tomorrow. My wife has asked for a refund (I have used my wife's email address in the online payment form). The refund have been received and I thought that it was the end of it. However shortly after it turned out that Global Tickets charged as about 70 euros for membership. And here is a thing: they say that 3 first days with them (Global Tickets membership) is for free, so you don't pay for the membership, just for tickets. However, Global Tickets says that they can charge me for the membership, as I have filled in their online application. This is actually not true, as I have never finished that application and I have got 2 emails after purchasing the tickets from Global Tickets urging me to finish it. When myself and my wife discovered the membership charged we have asked Global Tickets to refund the membership fee, as they did not provide sucesfuly any service for us and we have pointed out that as in case of any online service or purchase we have got 14 days to change our mind. However, it turned out that in case of Global Tickets you do not have this wright, because the company is registered in Cyprus. At the end of the day, Global Tickets decided to refund half of the membership fee, which they did. I we have decided not to use Global tickets again.

Anfangs war ich Global Tickets gegenüber skeptisch, da ich meine Tickets im vorraus vollständig bezahlt habe, aber keine Tickets erhalten hatte. Zumindest nicht unmittelbar. Nach einigen schriftlichen Konversationen habe ich das nicht vorhandene "Problem" verstanden. Vor Ort war ich positiv überrascht wie GROSS Global Tickets wirklich ist. Global Tickets war und ist es bestimmt auch bei anderen Events, gut aufgestellt ( mit eigenen Tribünen , eigenem Fanbus, eigenem Zeltplatz und mit vielen Ständen vor Ort, war Global Tickets NICHT zu übersehen und selbstverständlich man kam auch ins Gespräch. Mein Vertrauen in Global Tickets wurde gestärkt und bestätigt. Ich würde glatt nochmal über Global Tickets buchen.

Rasche und Problemloses Bestellung.

Nur zwei Sterne, weil ich gerne 4 Karten ohne Fan packet gebucht hätte. Früh genug wäre ich ja gewesen. Langjährige Kunden sollte man definitiv diese Option offen lassen. Im übrigen war uns im letzten Fan packet eine Sonnenbrille versprochen wurden war aber leider nicht im Fan packet dabei. Haben vor Ort noch reklamiert. Lg Kathrin Ohndorf.

Vorsicht Betrüger! Ich habe nie ein Ticket bekommen. Abbuchung vom Konto hat funktioniert. Ganz miese Masche , Tickets sind überteuert. Finger weg!
