Stride Health Group Reviews

I live in Las Vegas! I conducted extensive research before choosing this company, and the results showing Stride at the top did not disappoint, despite the fact that they are based in the UK. Their service surpassed that of some well-known companies here in the U.S. The process was prompt, personable, fast, and accurate, and the results were amazing.

Couldn’t recommended Nomsa Enough, she’s absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge and information is very good. Most certainly knows her stuff. Presents very well the information.

So happy that I found Stride. It’s been awesome to finally make sense of my health after trying everything for several years. Can’t recommend enough.

I think my consultant Nomsa was lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful. She gets 5 stars for me. Overall though, I would take a star away from the website thought as I do wish Stride the Company through the website would consolidate the findings to provide a quick summarized list of foods and supplements to eat and use specific to my data to make it easier to follow everything. I find it frustrating I need to take the AI notes and drop them into Notebook LM to try and get a summarized list. It would be better if Stride's website would take my data and create the food and supplement list to ensure it is correct and all my information is in one area.

Stride have been absolutely fantastic. The in-depth assessment of my DNA is one thing that has helped me to better my health when I really needed it. The cost was the best I could find, the efficiency in time, both the delivery and the time in which it took to recieve my results was also great. The information shared about my results and the depth of the results is fantastic and the consultation meeting and support given by Nomsa ensures that the way in which you digest the information is secure. Thank you Stride, you have shone a light in my health when I truly was in a dark tunnel with nowhere to go. Thank you.

Easy, insightful and would definitely recommend. I used my 23andMe data to get my Stride Optimal Health report, which came through instantly. Its really in-depth and my consultation with Nomsa was so insightful. She really helped me understand my reports and what I may need to adapt or what I'm doing well. Really great product for understanding my genetic traits and can now move forward to manage these in future.

I took a DNA methylation test, the results panel and information was incredible. The customer journey was seamless and the support from the Stride team second to none.

Had a blood test with Stride the service from start to finish was first class and the extensive results were presented in a way that was informative and very easy to understand

I purchased a Stride Metnylation Test + Nutrition etc. The test process was straight forward. Results on the portal were very detailed with clear and helpful explanations, confirming long suspected reasons behind some of my hormone issues. My consultation with the nutritionist (Nomsa) lasted an hour and she was very helpful, advising on diet (and possible supplements, but not pushing their own products, which would have made me wary!). Pleasantly surprised :)

I started my health journey just over a year ago, pretty much at the same time Stride started operating. I remember trying to figure out everything about the tests available at the time, the different options, and the genes tested. I probably asked over 30 questions, and that's where I realised what a fantastic company I was dealing with. The patience, the level of knowledge and the enthusiasm never lacked. All the opposite with every interaction, I had a clearer sense of "yes, those are going to deliver". Following the stride methylation with nutrition, I have rearranged my supplement and nootropic stacks, and never felt so motivated, never had so much ambition and energy. But the most important thing is a deep understanding of myself on a physiological level. It's very hard to decipher all the messages our body sends us, but once you have done the test, all comes clear, intuitions are confirmed, and little and bigger ailments are easier to figure out. In my case, the nutrition report confirmed that I am lactose intolerant. This piece of information is a game changer for me, as I have been surrounded by milk all my life, not understanding what is triggering my IBS. Long story short, at this price and this level of customer service. I got my mum, siblings and nephews on it. And I highly recommend you do the same for the health of your family. The team at Stride - I never writte review, but I really neede to let the world know what an amazing job you are all doing.

I had a methylation and microbiome test done with stride. Haven't had the biome results back just yet but have had a consultation with a woman called Nomsa to go over my results and let me know what supplements and dietary changes I need to take/make due to some gene mutations I didn't realise I had. She was absolutely amazing... I have struggled with my mental health amongst other things my entire life, now I know why and have been given new hope on how to help myself in the future.

Had a fantastic video call with a dietician, Kylie, who really enlightened me on exactly what my report means and what I should be doing moving forward to be 'optimal' in terms of of my body. This was then followed up with a comprehensive overview in written form for me to revert back to. I am very appreciative to Stride and to Kylie.

Wonderful meeting. Everything was explained very well and lots of great advise.

Great service, amazing amount of data, feedback and support.

Kylie was very knowledgeable and has given me lots of suggestions for me to move forward to improve my health. Thank you

So I done the stride dna test, the report is full of great information. It takes a while to go through the information, I contacted stride for help. And they booked me a consultation with Kylie, she was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable and informative. Couldn't do enough to help me. Definitely great test and company to deal with.

Very detailed explanation of my results. Many useful tips to improve my overall health. Thank you for answering all my questions and being prepared and on time!!

The test results were a confirmation about my health observations, which helped me better understand my body. I was pleased with the consultations both about the microbiome and the methylation test which offered explanations and recommendations for my individual needs.

The whole process was thorough and professional with clear outline of the methylation results and good advice on diet and appropriate supplements.

It was informative and very helpful and practical. The dietitian was very knowledgable.
