Easy, insightful and would definitely recommend. I used my 23andMe data to get my Stride Optimal Health report, which came through instantly. Its really in-depth and my consultation with Nomsa was so insightful. She really helped me understand my reports and what I may need to adapt or what I'm doing well. Really great product for understanding my genetic traits and can now move forward to manage these in future.
