Friendly representative spoke great English answer phones an emails with a sense of urgency mailed me a sim card so I could use my old phone number!!!

Flex mobile has been great it really is a great service, always have service,never have problems with the service, auto pay nothing ,really is great with flex mobile
Always very helpful whenever I have a technical issue. I don't have to wait on hold forever, they usually pick the phone up within a minute. They are polite, and I can actually understand what they're saying!!
This company is very affordable and when you have a problem with your account the customer service outstanding... Every time I had to contact customer service each individual that I spoke with really went out of their way to make sure that my problem was taking care of and I was a satisfied customer!
Ive never had a bad experience since I've been a customer this past year.

Exesses telecom is excellent as far as reception I've had no lost calls ever. I did have a hard time figuring out how to pay my bill as it has to be done on line, I figured it out after a week or so. Ha ha that's real. Other then that I love exess telacome it's great.

Flex mobil took my money. They then applied it to an account that is not mine. They will not refund my money because I am not the person on the account. How could I be when they credited the wrong phone number. Going forward I would caution anyone giving these idiots your money. You could end up paying for your account only to have them credit it to someone else.
