Apollonia Dental Reviews

First of all, the coverage was NOT what we were told it would be. Secondly, the billing department has charged us 4 times this month alone. The first one was reimbursed after a couple of lengthy e-mails. Then they used that reimbursement to pay for the second charge. On top of that, there are two more charges added. In the beginning of all this, back in October, we were doubled charged. We Worked that out with Tonya and stopped the payment authorization and were not charged for November due to the double charge in October. Even with the reimbursement, there are still 2 charges left on my now depleted and overdrawn bank account and I cannot get any straight answers from the alleged "Customer Service" Department. I have presented all of this to my lawyer who will try to guide me through this mess. These people are fakes and scammers!!!

I talked to Chris Friday and he was going to try an nominate for my oral surgery today July 24th. Please call me Please

When I first called in I was really frustrated and upset because I was charged for another years worth of premium and the insurance I received wasn’t an insurance it was a discount card. I will admit I was hard to deal with in the beginning due to not being given what I was promised within the insurance I chose and thinking the company was a scam. Nevertheless, Tonya kept her composure throughout my frustration and despite me cutting her off when she would try to explain, I was very taken back by Tonyas level of expertise and the way she continued to work with me to get me a solution despite me shutting her down. She’s great at what she does.

Tonya was very patient, despite audio issues and miscommunication. She clearly answered all my questions and gave me a step-by-step solution to each. Tonya offered to call providers to follow up on discrepancies and get back to me.

he was very informative, answered all my questions.

Barry was friendly, professional, helpful and informative about different plans available for me to choose for my post-Cobra health care coverage.

Alex was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond the call of duty. In fact he helped me set up my health account and took his time to thoroughly explain how to use the portal. Thank you again Alex, and I hope you get a raise!
