Beware of these Frauds
First of all, the coverage was NOT what we were told it would be. Secondly, the billing department has charged us 4 times this month alone. The first one was reimbursed after a couple of lengthy e-mails. Then they used that reimbursement to pay for the second charge. On top of that, there are two more charges added. In the beginning of all this, back in October, we were doubled charged. We Worked that out with Tonya and stopped the payment authorization and were not charged for November due to the double charge in October. Even with the reimbursement, there are still 2 charges left on my now depleted and overdrawn bank account and I cannot get any straight answers from the alleged "Customer Service" Department. I have presented all of this to my lawyer who will try to guide me through this mess. These people are fakes and scammers!!!
