When I first called in I was really frustrated and upset because I was charged for another years worth of premium and the insurance I received wasn’t an insurance it was a discount card. I will admit I was hard to deal with in the beginning due to not being given what I was promised within the insurance I chose and thinking the company was a scam. Nevertheless, Tonya kept her composure throughout my frustration and despite me cutting her off when she would try to explain, I was very taken back by Tonyas level of expertise and the way she continued to work with me to get me a solution despite me shutting her down. She’s great at what she does.
