Been with them a couple of years now. Used them once, no major dramas. Happy enough.

Bit of a wait getting the claim approved which was annoying. But, fair play, they did pay out as promised

Switched a few months back 'cos my old provider put their prices up again. Haven't needed to claim yet but the sign-up was easy enough online. Policy documents seem clear, covers what I need it to. Price is more reasonable than the last lot. So far, so good.

Friendly, helpful and professional service

company refused to honour a claim for a consultation and reimburse a single anatomical site MR scan. they requested a clarification letter from the consultant even though the first letter was obvious and despite repeated phone calls and exhortation from our insurance broker they again demanded a further letter from the consultant - this was insulting to the surgeon and a huge waste of time, after several months we paid out of our own pockets - the insurance is not legitimate - as the policy holder and a medical professional i found the actions of this company to be bogus

Had to claim for some dental work. Process was surprisingly simple. Paid out quickly too. Recommended.
