Dont listen to sales man he lies!!!!

I had my boiler fitted 2 years ago and all been fine up until recently. It was only when my thermostat stopped working and telling the boiler what to do i realised what an error i had made. I had been informed by the sales man that warranty was 10 years, that it was interest free loan and service was included. I also had issue with leaking radiator which i was told would be fixed too. When they ring you to confirm details of installation and warranty etc listen carefully and walk away. It was a hard sell and i wish i had cancelled then. Overpriced and hard sell techniques used. Yes i should of walked away then and kick myself for not doing. PLEASE BE WARNED AND DONT TAKE THE SALES MAN AS SPEAKING THE TRUTH AS HE REALLY DOESNT!!!

avoid at all costs!

In July 2022 I recieved a leaflet through the post where this company offered a boiler on a government backed scheme, when they came to discuss it, right at the end told me I’m not eligible for the government scheme and gave me a quote, as I needed the boiler (old one was condemned) I reluctantly agreed to pay, I wasn’t made aware that the agreement was an interest first agreement! Then when the engineer installed it I started having issues, we had very heavy rainfall and water was coming in through the flue and in flooding the boiler and kitchen, the same engineer came back out and “fixed” the issue only for it to happen again, we requested a different engineer to come and have a look, when they looked into it we found that the original guy had filled the gap with loose pieces of brick then a thin layer of cement, and the cement hadn’t dried before the rainfall, the new guy did a much better job of it, the inside of the kitchen wall was left in a bad state but at that point we just wanted nothing more to do with the company! I asked for compensation at the time and was refused as they felt the service provided was sufficient! Now 2 years later I discovered the amount I owe is WAY more than what the retail value of the boiler and labour and to avoid nearly £1500 in interest I would need to pay £4100 to clear the finance! AVOID at all costs, rip off merchants!

Cold called by them

Cold called by them, actually didn’t mind they had as the boiler is getting on a bit. Anyway made an appointment and they were arriving between 1630 and 1700 for an hour. Didn’t arrive… no call…. So my thoughts on companies that do this are pretty straight forward … cowboys Just had a weird response from gas fast.. going on about a radiator???? Never had anything from you so clearly your confused… proves a point I think🤪 Had another response saying they can’t find me… yep you’re correct ,,, you couldn’t find my house either for the appointment! 😂😂😂

Great communication and efficiency

Top quality boiler service 6565

Easy to book my annual service. Everyone you speak to from Gas Fast is helpful and polite. Engineer turned up on time and called ahead as promised. Clean and tidy work with friendly chat along the way. Will only ever use Gas Fast!

Fabulous quick and efficient service

Fabulous quick and efficient service. I can't believe that the man only came to see us a few days ago and today we have had our new boiler fitted! All the staff that we have spoken to and seen have been lovely and very helpful, explaining everything along the way. The fitter did a fantastic job and left the kitchen clean and tidy. I was impressed about getting a phone call only a couple of hours later asking if we were happy with the work and the fitter and making sure he had left everything as we liked it. Excellent service and extremely quick. Well done, keep up the good work. Ref 15099

New boiler installation.

The installers arrived on time. Very efficient in letting us know what they were doing. No problems and installation went very well. Cleaned up and took away all rubbish. Explained the working of the system and controls. Polite and cheery.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Signed up for radiator and boiler package. Boiler arrived but does not work properly and I'm still waiting for the radiators almost a year later! I keep calling and emailing to no avail. I've stopped the payments as they need to come and finish the job promised. Shocking company look at the reviews, says it all really. Look at the reply! No recollection of my name okay I won't pay for the boiler I received seeing as I'm not on your records. I'll let the finance company know to write off the debt. Cheers gas fast

Had our new boiler fitted yesterday The sales rep James explained everything and all the options available took photos as to pass to fitters .2 great lads turned up, never stopped all the time they were here, kept us informed on everything they were doing, explained how all the control's worked They cleaned as they went and left no mess or any water on any floor after changing all valves Thanks again Gas fast Will recommend you anytime

Excellent from start to finish

14439 Gas Fast have provided an excellent and efficient service since the first point of contact. The sales person and surveyor communicated with me very well to ensure they provided my home with the correct installation and that all my requirements were fully met. The installer arrived early and literally worked non-stop, all day and left late to ensure the install was completed in a most timley manner. Customer services even telephoned me to ensure I was happy with how the installation was going during the install. The fitters level of workmanship and knowledge was outstanding which was clearly reflected in his work and the effort he took with even the smallest details of the install didn’t go un-noticed. He kept my house clean and tidy throughout even though a lot of it is more like a building site at the moment. All my carpets were protected with plastic sheeting and all rubbish and old appliances were carefully removed and taken away at the end of the install. I would definitely recommend this company to others as my experience has been an excellent one.
