With family abroad and many friends unable to attend in person, we were keen to have a livestream of the event and also a permanent record. John was sensitive to the occasion and provided a professional service with an excellent end result.
Review: We used this company to live stream a family funeral for relatives overseas who were unable to attend in person. Unfortunately, despite purchasing two streams to ensure everyone could participate, one of the streams failed to work. We followed all the instructions provided and even used two separate hotspots to avoid bandwidth issues, but the second stream displayed an error message and did not go live. When we contacted the company afterwards to explain the situation and request a refund for the second stream that didn’t work, our request was refused. They explained that the issue was likely due to internet connectivity, which they considered beyond their control. However, the instructions did not clearly indicate that we needed to manually adjust the resolution or bitrate when using multiple streams on a hotspot, which contributed to the problem. They offered to upload any recordings made during the attempt to stream, but unfortunately, we were unable to provide any recordings as the error message indicated that the second stream was not working at all. This was incredibly disappointing, especially given the significance of the event. While the company was responsive after the event, clearer guidance and real-time support during the stream could have helped avoid this issue. A refund for the failed stream would have been a more appropriate resolution given the emotional circumstances.

I am very impressed with the quality of the recording, especially as I had watched the live stream of a funeral in Canada shortly before my sister's funeral - John's was far more professional, with a clearer, sharper image. His TV experience was evident. Thank you John.

John provided a very efficient and hassle free service. He was up front about costs and quickly checked out the signal strength at the church and advised that he couldn't live stream but would up load the video immediately after the service. The quality of the video and sound were excellent. We are extremely happy with the service he provided and the recording. Thank you John.

Peter Scriven, Chard: As a company you are to be complimented on the technical quality of everything (September 13th: Scriven funeral. You obtained variety through the use of a number of cameras, all of which were wells-sighted. The treble response was particularly clear. This the fourth streamed service I have 'viewed' and it was the finest. The only missing detail I would have found helpful was a written set of footnotes telling me, a visitor, who was who.

Wholly positive experience using John's service, from beginning to end. The website was clear, and John was professional and friendly. On the day of the funeral, I don't think many of the attendees knew he was there, his presence was so unobtrusive. Those watching the actual livestream said it was crystal clear - even those in New Zealand! Watching it back later, the quality is obvious. The aftercare was also excellent. Many thanks.
