The shoes will never ever look anything like they do on the website. I would've been fine with getting super low quality fast fashion shoes if that's what I paid for. Charging $160 for a pair of boots that look like a 4 year old made them out of paper mache. When I tried returning them because they are absolute crap AND came to me with defects and chips in the boot, the customer service person got into an argument with me. Literally the worst company ever and I genuinely pray for them to go bankrupt. Do not buy their shoes!

The boots are lovely and fit my foot perfectly. However the fishnet portion was disproportionately too large for my leg. I contacted the company by email and explained the situation. I received a prompt response and they are remaking them to fit correctly. Communication was positive and courteous. I would buy from FSJ again for service and the quality of the product.

I love the online shopping experience. So many options! I have small feet, so the ability to buy shoes that fit is brilliant! I have bought three pairs of shoes (fourth on the way) & the quality is excellent. I’d love a few more filter options when searching, just because there are so many shoes to see! ♥️ Thank you,

The great thing about this company is when the sizing was not right, they sent another pair of shoes at no cost to me. That is great customer service.

I purchased a pair of shoes which I didn't like - I contacted FSJ and was advised that I could trade in fo something else - it was slightly more expensive so I sent the difference to them and now I have received a stunning pair of books - absolutely thrilled with their service yet again

Update FSJ Contacted me. And apologized for my shoe mishap and offered me a pair of shoes at their cost shipping and all. Now I can retract my previous review. Now that's customer service. I will update you all when I receive my shoes.

Although my experience started out not very good as it is not clear when ordering that shoes and boots are made to measure, this needs to be highlighted clearly. Since that problem occurred, the service has been way beyond what I expected, the staff were fantastic and more than generous and the boots are beautiful.

The original boots I ordered I was not happy with . The customer service rep apologized and offered me a free exchange with a pair of boots of equal price. Her promptness and professionalism made this transaction very easy. Definitely a great company to do business with .

This will be a one time purchase for me. The problem is not the quality. You’re getting what you paid for… it’s the design. I have a small, narrow foot, just as shown in the picture. Once you try the shoe on, it is not designed to fit as it should. Also, order took a whole month to receive as they come from China. I can only use them to sit somewhere at best… Risky purchase

Read the sizing guide and order accordingly. I didn't and the shoes don't fit but FSJ has been been very helpful in me ordering the right size. The shoes are very well made and beautiful.

I have used FSJ for many years but it has only been recently that I have used their custom options. I am totally impressed with their attention to details and willingness to go the extra mile. Excellent service!

Even though I bought shoes that were too tall to walk on, I did not look at the shoe description to see the heel height. They sent me a second pair of shoes lower to the ground, which I could wear at no extra cost. That's ingenious—good customer service for a company that does not give refunds.

I contacted FSJ support for an exchange. The boots we received were very nice, and very well made. Customer support reached out, and understood our situation, and helped us. This was my first experience with FSJ. I will be a repeat customer, and will let my friends know how good the service, and their merchandise. Highly recommended!!
