I ordered a pair of the T-Strap Peep Toe High Heel shoe, and, unfortunately the size was way too large for me… However, when I reached out to FSJ, they went above and beyond: they asked for a video of my foot in the shoe, so they could recommend a new size, they had the factory make me a new pair in a size 12, and told me I could KEEP the pair that was too big as well! Amazing customer service all around! can’t wait until the new shoes arrive, because the ones I received look incredible!

I was looking for this shoe but found it here, I'm now nervous to receive it cause everyone says their shoe was either too big or too small. As soon as my shoes come ill have to board a plane and wear them the next night. Speaking of as soon as the shoe gets here, the shipping is hard to track.
