I bought the Multicolor Round Toe Flats Patent Loafer Shoes Vintage Flat Pumps on 6/12 but they run 1/2 size big so I contact them to WhatsApp and they answer right away they ask me to send a video to confirm are to big and I send that and a picture of the soles of the shoes to show them are unused and tell them I need them to exchange for 6 and send the order Id ID:FSJ00026714 and since I did everything they ask on the instructions on the return on their website which is not complicated tho they send me the correct side right away the FSJ is a genuine company invested in 100% customer satisfaction, good quality shoes and excellent communication service

However i have contacted the Company stating that the Boots were too tight (small) They were very professional in handling my Case and Replacing the Boots with the Correct Size. On the oxford shoe with heel the stitching above the heel is a bit to the side, making it feel like you're wearing your shoes on the wrong feet. The sole of one shoe is slightly bigger. For the price 200+, I was expecting a better quality, very hard to put on.
Update: I have been contacted by company and they have promised to make good on order. I have also received more information via email and text with proof of order, payment, and shipment and additional assistance. Looking forward to receiving items. Trying to figure out if my order went through? It took my card but I received nothing afterwards I paid for shoes I ordered however I did not receive ANY receipt or email information following the order. Would like some information please
