Friendly rentals (Valencia) Had a wonderful experience with Friendly Rentals 19/2-22/2 2018 Staff at Friendly Rentals: The staff who received us (Angel and a new female colleague) were extremely friendly and accommodating. As we were early for our check in, Angel and the female staff took the initiative to prepare our check in even though they were on the way out for lunch! Thanks a lot! Also, he explained the check in info in detail, provided us with a map and sharing with us the areas to visit and also transport (tram) and the estimated fare. Apartment: One of the best! Apartment was clean and cosy. It has EVERYTHING! From hangers (MANY), dishwashing liquid, laundry power, sponge, thrash bags to details such as umbrella..... :) Apartment faces a compound where people gathered for food and drinks. Felt very safe / secure throughout the whole stay as there was constant activities just one level below and it is almost impossible for anyone to attempt to climb into the apartment without being seen by the public! Haha! (For those who prefer a little privacy, fret not the apartment windows have wooden doors which can shield you from public view). The only drawback for us (small drawback) perhaps was the bathroom "screen" . It allowed for some spillage to the dry area as we bathed. Also there was no holder for the shampoo etc. We had to put them on the floor. Location: Although not close to any metro but very accessible to the places we would like to go. Bus stops were easy to spot and very convenient! There are many eateries around the apartment. Right downstairs, there is a kebab place that sells nice food at a great value! and it opens until 12:30am. Despite that, Friendly Rentals has our vote. Will be our 1st choice of holiday stay from now forth! Thank you team @ Friendly Rentals. A good job done! :)
Muy mal servicio. No lo aconsejo a nadie. Te dan la llave son ningun listado de desperfectos del apartamento, te confias y después se quedan la fianza de 200 euros, reclamandote unos desperfectos que ya estaban en el apartamento al entrar. El colchon del sofà daba asco y el armario de entrada olia fatal. Lo peor es que intentas ponerte en contacto con ellos y un tal Nico o no està o esta reunido. Bueno, me parece una estafa. Nunca mas contratare con esta empresa y NO SE LO ACONSEJO A NADIE. Una estafa en toda regla. Aquí si os interesa contestar, però no a los distintos correos y llamadas que os he realizado. Cuando entremos el sofà cama estaba tan asqueroso que mi crio de 12 años no queria dormir en el y la pata de la mesita ya estaba rota. Abusais de la buena fe de las personas. De haberlo hecho nosotros a la entrega de llaves lo habriamos dicho. Però esperais 5 días y después no contestais. Cuando uno se sientes robado y estafado tomare todas las medidas que esten en mi mano. Ya no es una cuestion econòmica, sinó moral. Y una de ellas es informar en todas las paginas dónde os publiciteis con que tipo de individuos se la juegan. Y sigo diciendo que es una ESTAFA y UN ROBO.
L appartamento è molto ampio,luminoso arredato con gusto e dalla ottima posizione per muoversi nel centro città. Arrivando di sabato non abbiamo avuto una ottima assistenza nel trovare appartamento anche perché le indicazioni forniteci all accoglienza erano poco precise. Trovo scomodo il sistema esclusivamente elettronico di apertura della portone di ingresso agli appartamenti. trattandosi di portone vecchio di legno ha fatto difficoltà ad aprirsi più e più volte. La cucina è ben fornita in quanto ad elettrodomestici ma manca di piccole accortezze e dettagli. Ho trovato molto scomodo il divano letto:materasso piccolo e troppo basso non adatto ad ospitare due ragazzi. Tam t è che essendo 5 ospiti ,3ragazzi e 2adulti uno dei ragazzi ha dormito sul divano sul terrazzo coperto...molto molto carino.

Je suis ravie de ma 1ère expérience avec Friendly Rentals . Il s'agissait de la location d'un appartement pour passer la St Sylvestre à Madrid . Dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport , le taxi ( commandé grâce aux recommandations de F.Rentals) était là pour nous emmener à l'agence . Gentillesse de l'accueil , remise des clés et informations diverses pour débuter au mieux le séjour . L'appartement correspondait exactement à sa description ( photos de l'annonce) et sa localisation était encore meilleure que ce que nous pensions !! Des petits soucis techniques ( cafetière HS , ampoule du salon grillée ) ont été résolus le jour même de notre appel téléphonique . Merci à tous pour votre professionnalisme ! Notre prochain séjour de 2 semaines sera au .... Japon : j'ai tout de suite chercher si Friendly Rentals avaiit une agence là-bas !!! dommage ... mais je garde précieusement vos autres destinations en mémoire !! Very friendly ,
appartement très propre et bien situé
I booked the so called chueca town II apartment in Madrid for 4 months which was a big mistake. the apartment is way too small for the amount of people its is said to be for on the website. Many of the rooms did not even have windows and the ones that did have a window were facing towards the patio so the apartment was contantly dark. Another downside of the apartment is that it is located above a bar/ club called THICK, which is having loud parties at least 2-3 times a week and of course every sunday. I dont know why there is a room for children, since it is definitely NOT suitable for children to stay there. In addition my roommate was disturbed many times during the night by other nioses than the loud club, such as the male neighbours having intercourse- again not suitable for families and children. The friendly rentals team was always available and open for questions however not always so friendly. I would deifinitely not recommend anyone to stay in the overpriced CHUECA TOWN II Apartment
Friendly rentals was a great company to do business with. It was fast, friendly, responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely use them again. We rented an amazing apartment in Barcelona. It was incredible, clean, very well appointed, a binder full of information, i could go on and on about it. If this is your first time using a rental property instead of a hotel, you can put your mind at ease. This is a class act!

Waren zeer tevreden van het appartement, heel proper, ruim, alles aanwezig, schitterende ligging zowel qua de bezienswaardigheden als restaurants en winkels in de buurt.
Booked an apartment, gave them a deposit, booked flights, then got an email that the apartment was already booked Had to threaten to sue to get the deposit back
We travelled to Barcelona in August and stayed at Sta Anna Atico apartment. This was a cute little apartment with a rooftop terrace and although compact, it catered for all our needs and only minutes walk from Las Ramblas. It was spotless, reasonably priced and made such a difference having a little terrace, we could enjoy a little rest in the sunshine with a small drink before heading out in the evening. Booking was easy and we were allowed to leave our luggage at Friendly Rentals Office on our last day. Unfortunately our last day was also the day the terror attack took place in Barcelona. We were fortunate enough to find our way back to Friendly Rentals and the staff could not have been any more helpful. A male member of staff (whose name I didn't get and Icould kick myself for this) came out onto the street with us and made sure we got a taxi to the airport and made our flight. He honestly went way beyond anything we could or would have expected and for that we are eternally grateful. I would have not hesitation in booking with Friendly Rentals again, so much so we are off to Venice in the summer and our booking will be with them

Die Ferienwohnung Ronda B in Barcelona hatte zwei Bäder, auf die wir Wert gelegt hatten. Leider war in einem Bad das Warmwasser defekt und wurde, obwohl sofort beanstandet, erst nach vier Tagen (zwei Tage vor Ablauf unseres Aufenthaltes) repariert. Die Schlafzimmer lagen zum Innenhof, aus dem durchweg eine schlechte Luftzufuhr eindrang. Wir Mieter waren verpflichtet lange Ruhepausen einzuhalten, die anderen Bewohner des Hauses duschten aber zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit, was sehr unangenehm war, da das Wasser sehr laut in die Abwasserrohre abgezogen wurde. Wir haben uns gefragt, warum der Vermieter das Recht hat, eine Kaution von 400€ einzuhalten für eventuelle Schäden, hingegen wir als Mieter aber keinerlei Rechte in dieser Beziehung haben. Zumal die Bezahlung komplett im Voraus läuft. Somit war die eigentlich gut eingerichtete Wohnung nicht so komfortabel wie wir erhofft hatten.
Great company and great customer service
Our little unpleasant story: We have booked our apartments via Friendly Rentals in May. Although, our trip is scheduled for the end of October. Yesterday (2 weeks before our flight) - they told us that there was a technical issue with their calendar. And our rent was cancelled. They also told us that they cannot find something similar for us... We have not seen any desire to help (taking into account that this was their fail). Of course - we will not book something now for the same low price as we did it 6 month ago.. And they also paid a compensation for us.... 5 EURO! What shall I do with those 5 EUR?? Buy two croissants? Now apartments cost is much more higher than for 5 EUR.... So, that is our unpleasant experience with this company. We will not contact them anymore... Even if they will be the last traveling agency. If I had the same situation in my company - I would do the best to help my customer. I would suggest better places (I would have pay the difference). Just aiming that my customer would be satisfied and did not notice our IT issue. And they just told us that our booking was cancelled and they cannot help us... And payed 5 EUR... P.S. Also, they are replying to emails for several days. My opinion is that it is not the qualified service. Important addition! After I wrote this negative comment to them - they have replied to me by mail: "Thank you for your email. We are in receipt of your negative publicity on social media. Unfortunately your negative publicity has cost us considerable damage to our brand. For this reason we are not going to move forward with a Customer Care Case on your behalf." - So please, beware of this company. They are taking care not about you as a customer, but only about their money... That was an unexpected reply. By the way - I don't care about your technical problems. I've lost money due to your technical problems. And your aim was to do everything that is in your powers. But... unfortunately... not.... I just want everybody to be aware about this situation. Because this is not the service that was created to help people... This is the service to stole your money.
We’ve stayed in Friendly Rental properties in Barcelona, Rome, Lisbon and Madrid. They’ve always been as described with excellent and efficient support at check in etc. Would recommend.
