We rented an apartment in Sitges, Spain through Friendly Rentals and they were great. Not only was the apartment beautifully appointed and clean, it was in a great location with easy access to everything. All the furniture was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all that you needed. The bathroom was nicely appointed, very clean and came stocked with toilet paper and tissues. Lots of closet space too. I had a little trouble with starting the rental process with them due to a computer issue but they responded very quickly to my issue and gave me another link to access the page I needed. They stayed in touch leading up to our rental date and were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. They even arranged transportation for us so we never had to worry about getting back to the airport. I would recommend Friendly Rentals to everyone. They are, as their name says, friendly, and extremely helpful. Their selection of apartments was excellent also. We had a hard time deciding which unit was best for us, but after we decided on a general location we found the perfect place. I would, without question, use their services again and again.

We booked a three night stay in San Sebastián/Donostia with Friendly Rentals and were very happy on all counts. The staff who checked us in and out were friendly, efficient and punctual. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished and equipped. It was also in a great location. We would be very pleased to use this company again.

We have rented three apartments through Friendly Rentals--two in Barcelona and one in Lisbon--and we will definitely rent through Friendly Rentals again for future visits to European cities. At our most recent stay in Barcelona, our apartment was perfect except I called in the morning to report that our shower control handle was installed incorrectly (hot/cold and pressure controls reversed). Small nuisances like this are typical for vacation rentals, but the Friendly Rentals maintenance staff came and fixed the shower handle the same day. The fast responsive service exceeded my expectations!

We rented a fantastic apartment in Rome with Friendly Rentals. Their communication with the booking was excellent and they also arranged a taxi transfer from the airport to the apartment with an English speaking and friendly driver. All in all an excellent experience and would definitely use their properties again.

Great company, great service, great apartments. Prompt efficient service, wouldn't use anyone else when staying in Rome. They can also arrange for transfers, early access to accommodation if it's possible, apartments are lovely. All round fab service

Great service from Friendly Rentals. Apartment was exactly as it looked on the photos - clean and tidy - exactly what you want on your break. Check in and check out were both simple and straight forward. I would definitely recommend Friendly Rentals, and will be using them again.

Nice little apartment for max 4 persons placed in a nice noise free area in a short walk to the center of it all

Rome is a magical place and having a nicely placed apartment added to the experience. Marco was the host and went out of his way to be helpful. Our family of four was even able to host a guest for a couple of days with plenty of room. The girls appreciated having their own bath. It was easy to prepare meals in the kitchen as well. Highly recommended.

Couldn't fault the service or the apartment. Description was spot on. We had a wonderful stay.

Booking through friendly rentals was simple and efficient. We ran into some of our own personal issues during our travel but Claudio our host was flexible in accommodating our times. The check in was seamless and informative with a lot of tips given about the area. The apartment was modern and clean and the showers had incredible water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Cant wait to stay here again

This was a very cool apartment located centrally and approx 5 mins from the beach and old town. The facilities were great - it had everything! Which was great for us after already travelling in France for a week it felt like luxury. Our only moan is that we could not have stayed there for longer.

Warm Sands apartments Sitges, this apartment was not great , the terrace was overlooking a court yard where people hang laundry, no air condition in the bedrooms, noisy building, poor service from agents they did not show you the apartment and how to use appliances and they changed thier cleaning policy so 9 days no cleaner even although was told we would get one, we paid £200 per night which i would say is very over priced,

Everything was like described. We couldn't check in before the specified time but we have the posibiilty to keep the lugage at their office.

Il 31 maggio prenoto un appartamento pagando la quota deposito richiesta il 6 di giugno mi arriva una freddissima e-mail informandomi che l'appartamento da me prenotato non era disponibile. Altri siti avrebbero fatto di tutto pur di non lasciare un cliente a piedi e invece loro l'hanno fatto, MAI PIU' !!!!!!

Fast response & friendly service

The reservation system is easy to follow and the description of the apartment and pictures really allowed us to choose the location and pricing for our rental. Arnaud Roy from your organization met us promptly at our apartment and gave us a great orientation. We had everything we needed for a great stay all the electrical adapters were there. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were a little different but Arnaud Roy showed us how everything worked. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean.I will definitely book all my future apartment reservations through Friendly Rentals.
