Our little unpleasant story
Our little unpleasant story: We have booked our apartments via Friendly Rentals in May. Although, our trip is scheduled for the end of October. Yesterday (2 weeks before our flight) - they told us that there was a technical issue with their calendar. And our rent was cancelled. They also told us that they cannot find something similar for us... We have not seen any desire to help (taking into account that this was their fail). Of course - we will not book something now for the same low price as we did it 6 month ago.. And they also paid a compensation for us.... 5 EURO! What shall I do with those 5 EUR?? Buy two croissants? Now apartments cost is much more higher than for 5 EUR.... So, that is our unpleasant experience with this company. We will not contact them anymore... Even if they will be the last traveling agency. If I had the same situation in my company - I would do the best to help my customer. I would suggest better places (I would have pay the difference). Just aiming that my customer would be satisfied and did not notice our IT issue. And they just told us that our booking was cancelled and they cannot help us... And payed 5 EUR... P.S. Also, they are replying to emails for several days. My opinion is that it is not the qualified service. Important addition! After I wrote this negative comment to them - they have replied to me by mail: "Thank you for your email. We are in receipt of your negative publicity on social media. Unfortunately your negative publicity has cost us considerable damage to our brand. For this reason we are not going to move forward with a Customer Care Case on your behalf." - So please, beware of this company. They are taking care not about you as a customer, but only about their money... That was an unexpected reply. By the way - I don't care about your technical problems. I've lost money due to your technical problems. And your aim was to do everything that is in your powers. But... unfortunately... not.... I just want everybody to be aware about this situation. Because this is not the service that was created to help people... This is the service to stole your money.
