Appartamento confortevole, curato, ben arredato e accessoriato. La posizione è ottima per muoversi a Madrid sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Peccato che siamo rimasti solo 3 giorni..

Leuk appartement met alles aanwezig om onze vakantie te doen slagen. We waren met 6 personen en iedereen had voldoende privacy. Ideaal gelegen in het centrum van de stad, winkel in de buurt, niet ver van de metro verwijderd.

l’équipe de Friendly Rentals a répondu très rapidement à toutes mes questions. Très bon accueil à Madrid, bonne organisation. Immeuble très chic, au calme dans un beau quartier , grand appartement idéal pour six personnes.

Madrid Latina XII séjour du 4 au 8 octobre 2019 Le check-in n'a pas lieu dans le logement. Pour la remise des clés, vous devez signer les documents de l'état des lieux sans avoir connaissance de l'état du logement. Arrivé sur place : pas de télévision, pas de volet à l'une des quatre chambres (dommage pour le bruit, la chambre donne sur une place où il y a du bruit toute la nuit), le lave-linge qui ne fonctionne pas, la plaque vitrocéramique qui ne fonctionne qu'en partie, le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne plus et la cerise sur le gâteau, pour une capacité d'accueil de 8 personnes, nous ne disposions que de 6 fourchettes (nous étions 7) ! En résumé, les logements sont remis en location sans vérification. Sur les 890 € payés, un geste commercial de 30 €. Je déconseille cet organisme.

Alquilamos un apto. en Barcelona, y el apartamento no estaba mal en sí. Pero al confirmar la reserva nos indican que la oficina para recoger las llaves se encuentra a más de 2km del apartamento, cosa que se debería indicar antes de realizar la reserva ya que yo no llevaba vehículo e iba con 3 niños pequeños, maletas... Solicité si se podía hacer de otra forma y no me dieron solución alguna. Cuando llegué a la oficina para el check-in, estuve 40 minutos esperando, porque había una única persona atendiendo. Fue desesperante porque tenia un taxi esperando con mis tres hijos dentro, cosa que me costó dinero extra. En mi caso muy descontenta con el servicio ofrecido por Friendly Rentals de Barcelona. No vuelvo a alquilar con esta compañía.

Es más que un 5 estrellas, para una parejura es ideal, aunque tiene un sofá cama y allí podrían dormir un grupo de parejitas y pasar un buen fin de semana o unas vacaciones en la ciudad de Barcelona. Ídeal con transporte público súper accesible, además tener el Centro comercial Les Glorieas a escasas 4 calles es súper cómodo para ir de compras. Todo un descubrimiento! Si el año entrante está disponible para esa mismas fechas no dudaré en reservarlo!

Excelente alojamiento. Te hacen sentir mejor que en tu propio hogar. Súper cálido y hermoso. Hasta en el último detalle están!!! 😉

Es un apartamento muy completo, limpio y muy bien situado. El personal es agradable y muy atento. Si vuelvo a Sevilla no dudaré en volver a hospedarme allí.

Reeds in verschillende steden gebruik gemaakt van een appartement van Friendly Rentals.De laatste maal in Valencia waar een vriendin en ik het appartement aan de Mercado Central huurden.Zowel voor het verhuurkantooir als de eigenaar van het pand een dikke tien!

Our entire booking and experience with Friendly Rentals was superb. Communication from the moment of booking was seamless. Professional and friendly. Our host Hugo was prompt and at the ready for any questions about our unit. The flat was exactly as described, actually better, clean and spacious. The location in Gracia was exactly what we wanted in our first time in Barcelona. So charming living like locals, lovely plazas, bakeries and shops. I will definitely use Friendly Rentals for future bookings. And cannot wait to return to this beautiful place. Our housekeeper Jaqueline is worth mentioning as she was lovely and so accommodating.

Recently visited Seville for a few days to celebrate our mums 80th birthday. The Tempa Museo apartments are fantastic, Centrally located and of very high standard. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The roof top pool and chilling area was a real treat after a day of sightseeing. I can’t fault Friendly Rentals customer service. Communication leading up to our visit was excellent and all the staff in the reception area were really helpful and so friendly. They arranged taxi’s, booked a Flamenco show and recommended a lovely local tapas restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. I have already recommended these apartments to family and friends and if I ever return to Seville this is where I will stay. Thank you Friendly Rentals and Tempa Museo Staff for helping make our visit to Seville an enjoyable one.

Siamo stati al quarto piano del palazzo. Il nostro appartamentino è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Totalmente ben ristrutturato ed arredato con gusto. Non manca nulla, la cucina, con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e fornelli ad induzione, è nuovissima, completa di tutto ciò che serve in una casa. La notte abbiamo riposato bene ed in silenzio. Bagno e doccia OK. Poi a due passi dalla metro anche se in centro si arriva facilmente a piedi. E' stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo.

Our plane got in at 9AM and the unit wasn't available until 3. We were able to store our suitcases in the Friendly office and take off to explore. Stephanie met us at the apartment, a block away from Plaza Mayor, and showed us around. The location was perfect for finding our way around Madrid. The unit looked just like the pictures and the complimentary coffee pods were a nice touch. During our last morning, a pipe in the toilet tank burst which I hope is fixed already.

The apartment is verry nice and clear, the rooms is big, everything inside the bathroom and the kitchen so we like is! The friendly officers helpful.

We are currently in the 5th day of our rental. The apartment is in a good location, like photos, however the toilet has been broken since we arrived and is leaking waste onto the floor. The smell is horrible and I have contacted them for 5 days and nobody will respond. Also light are out, television is broken.. really the maintaining company is faulty. They should respond and repair plumbing as we are on 5th floor and will perhaps damage apartment below? Very disappointing.

Very well kept and spacious apartments in a renovated old city building. Very clean and equipped with everything you should need for a holiday apartment including a washing machine very close to all Seville old town sites

We arranged an apartment in Seville through Friendly Rentals. The service received both at home and in the apartment block was excellent. Apartment was exactly as described and was ideal for our stay right in the centre of Seville . This is the third time we have used the company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Perfecte locatie, in het hart van het centrum, op Placa Reial. Alles netjes schoon, goed en praktisch ingericht en goede communicatie.

Een ruim, schoon en modern appartement. De locatie is perfect, met 10 minuten sta je op La Rambla. Strand is 20/25 minuten wandelen door leuke straatjes. Met enkele minuten bij het treinstation om aan te komen of te vertrekken richting het vliegveld. Metro is nog dichterbij. Het inchecken duurde erg lang, maar dat was bij het inchecken het enige. Ventilatie kan in het appartement wel iets beter, in sommige kamers zitten de ramen in een binnenruimte en hierdoor lastig te ventileren. Verder echt een top appartement voor een bezoek aan Barcelona.

I have been trying for several months to get some items that I forgot in one of their properties in Madrid back. I was told I would have to pay for a courier to pick the items up from their offices, which I did. I notified them several times what time and date the courier would arrive and to have my items ready. After multiple phone calls to different people who had no idea what I was talking about, I had to reorganise and pay for another expensice international courier to pick my items up. I again ensured I called and emailed for them to have my items ready but the courier could not pick them up AGAIN. I am now requesting for them to pay to send my items to the UK themselves but all my emails and my calls have been ignored. The property was good while we were there but this kind of customer service is appalling and unacceptable. I would not stay with them again because of this.
