Our rental apartment was accurately described on the website. Information concerning location, available dates, internet, elevators, size of the apartment, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and the contents was all covered. We did not need to have any follow-up questions. Booking was very easy and we received confirmation immediately along with all necessary instructions for access to the apartment. On our day of arrival, we were promptly met by Irati who professionally explained and answered any questions that we may have had. Lots of information on San Sebastian was provided and it was as easy as checking into a hotel room. Highly recommend this agency.

Appartement à Barcelone en très mauvais état non conforme à l'annonce. pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, du sable au sol... service client pas disponible. Pas d'isolation phonique on entendait les voisins en permanence quand nous étions dans l'appartement

Nous avons réservé un appartement pour le mois de décembre 2019. 3 semaines après la réservation confirmée par Friendly Rentals et nos vols réservés nous venons de recevoir un email indiquant qu'à notre demande la réservation a été annulée ! L'opératrice raccroche au nez indiquant qu'en fait l'appartement était dejà loué ! Aucune possibilité de nous trouver un autre appartement. Certes notre acompte a été remboursé après un appel de ma part mais nous perdons nos vols. Attention à cette société aux pratiques plus que douteuses. je ne recommande vraiment pas cette société.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y muy completo.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, la decoración y muebles estilo vintage, poco menaje de cocina sobre todo cubiertos por lo demás bastante bien aunque los baños son pequeños y sobre todo una ducha que es agobiante. La localizacion, genial porque está en todo el centro de Madrid y la verdad que en metro puedes moverte muy bien si quieres ir a otro lugar.

La ubicación del piso es muy buena, está bien decorado y reformado, muy moderno, es agradable estar allí y dispone de todas las comodidades. Además al ser inetrior no se escucha ni un ruido a pesar de estar en pleno centro. La única pega es el tamaño de las camas (1,35m) y del ascensor, que si vas con niños y carritos te obliga a hacer varios viajes cada vez que entras o sales, ya que es muy pequeño.

Friendly Rentals were very efficient and easy to deal with. I rented The Luna Apartment in the Prati area of Rome. The Luna is lovely, with a fantastic terrace and is very safe, being within a gated compound. The apartment is ideal for two people. A super touch was all the little incidentals you might not expect to find, including some provisions in the fridge on arrival. Be aware that this is an old building and does not have a lift, if you have heavy luggage. The owners were great and very friendly. Highly recommended !

i have tried to book apartment in valencia.. paid for it, then they told me apartment was taken off there books for rent... tried to offer sub standard one in its place... then tried conning me to pay over a 1000 more to book another one.. still waiting for refund...

Posizione perfetta e centralissima, sopra il mercat de la Boqueria. Appartamento super rifinito e attrezzato, ampio moderno e di gusto. Terrazza panoramica sulla Rambla. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Da ritornarci!!!!

Très bel appartement, tout confort. Très bien situé. On peut y aller les yeux fermés ! Je recommande !

We were contacted prior to our arrival by Sergio, who gave us directions on what to do once we land in Rome. We were met at the door of the rental by Sergio and Daniella who showed us into and around their rental property and gave us directions and advise for our 3 day stay. They were a wonderful couple. Their property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was quiet and very close to transportation, and the supermarket. The kitchen had many items useful for the cooking that we did, and the air conditioning was absolutely wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the building quiet. I would definitely stay at the this beautiful rental again. Thank you Sergio and Daniella for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Están muy bien situados y decorados. He repetido, eso ya lo dice todo.

We had a fabulous stay in our apartment. It was comfortable and well appointed in a terrific location. There was also a very handy folder with all the information we required for the stay. The apartment was also only a short walk from the key collection point where we checked in.

Terrible company. Complete rip off with awful customer service. Stay anywhere else!! FOLLOW UP: I did contact you like you tell everyone to who tells the truth about "Friendly" rentals and got no response as expected.

Apartament ben situat,còmode i modern. L,únic problema és l'arreplegada de claus en un altre barri.

Él apararamento esta super bien ubicado, esta todo a mano. Es super amplio, bastante cómodo y moderno. Puedes visitar el centro de Sevilla a pie o en bicicleta sino necesidad de coche.

These apartments were immaculate, modern and spacious. Everything you need is there! Great location with very friendly reception staff. The rooftop dipping pool was s lovely bonus with more space than first thought. We will definitely book again!
