Terrible customer service
I have been trying for several months to get some items that I forgot in one of their properties in Madrid back. I was told I would have to pay for a courier to pick the items up from their offices, which I did. I notified them several times what time and date the courier would arrive and to have my items ready. After multiple phone calls to different people who had no idea what I was talking about, I had to reorganise and pay for another expensice international courier to pick my items up. I again ensured I called and emailed for them to have my items ready but the courier could not pick them up AGAIN. I am now requesting for them to pay to send my items to the UK themselves but all my emails and my calls have been ignored. The property was good while we were there but this kind of customer service is appalling and unacceptable. I would not stay with them again because of this.
