Great friendly efficient service Modern, clean centrally located apartment

Wir waren zu dritt in der letzten Novemberwoche 2015 in Barcelona in einer Unterkunft von Friendly Rentals. Friendly Rentals hat dazu beigetragen, den Urlaub zu 100% genießen zu können. 1. Super Service für unsere Planung in der Vorbereitung - Telefonische Erreichbarkeit u. Unterstützung - nettes Personal bei der Ankunft 2. Hervorragendes Apartement - gute Lage - sehr sauber und super eingerichtet (mit allem Komfort) 3. wieder super Service bei der Abreise - sehr nett, flexibel und einfach Rundum - immer wieder gerne mit Friendly Rentals! Meine Tochter hat sich gleich für 2016 (Lissabon) angemeldet!

We spent few days in the flat and we warmly recommend it! Location is perfect, flat is clean and very well furnished, staff was kind and helpful. If you go to Berlin, don't miss it!

Un bell'appartamento in una zona residenziale a pochi minuti dal centro, fermata metro vicinissima,numerosi negozi alimentari aperti fino a tardi,unico neo una vicina di appartamento matta, ogni volta che uscivamo ci controllava ed apostrofava con commenti ogni volta, preciso che eravamo due famiglie con figli grandi e che tornavamo a casa solo per dormire

We found this company to be excellent in every way. A brilliant check in, a fantastic apartment and a quick resolution of our minor out of hours difficulty ( the broadband was down ) mean that we will look to use them again for our next travels.

Stayed at Botanic Gardens apartment in Valencia in September.Booked place based on excellent reviews but found it somewhat tired and in need of some TLC. The pictures were also a little misleading, for example, the view from the balcony did not show the less attractive aspect. It also depicted the front of the building but the apartment is at the back. The review has not been published despite over 5 weeks since it was submitted. I wonder if it would have been posted if it had been a more positive review. I am only trying to ensure future guests are not disappointed like us.

Truly a very central location in the Barrio Gotico area of Barcelona. The apartment is beautifully furnished. Everything that you may need is privided for. One suggestion I would make: a full length mirror is a must. That is the only inconvenience I experienced. But truly a beautiful balcony and scenery.

Extremely impressed with Friendly Rentals. Rented an apartment for party of five - very easy on-line booking process. Warm welcome by FR staff upon arrival at Sitges. The apartment itself was magnificent! Clean, well appointed and equipped. FR staff were extremely accommodating upon departure allowing us to leave luggage in Sitges Office. Slight issue when one of the party left passport in apartment after we had left and the FR staff were quite splendid in promptly attending the apartment and recovering the passport for us. Super holiday will definitely use Friendly Rentals in future.

I have stayed with Friendly Rentals many times and would highly recommend it anyone. My last stay was in Barcelona at the PTF Sagrada Familia apartment with excellent location. A spacious apartment with stunning terrace, which is a real treat and nice to enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside. Kitchen very well equipped, if you are into cooking. Supermarket and market 5 min walking distance. Nice contemporary decor mixed with some original old features. Lot's of storage space. Sarah Jessica Parker from Sex and The City could fit all her shoes in there.

Friendly Rentals were very helpful, efficient & professional in the Valencia office. Apartment was lovely & good value. Would recommend.

Everything was perfect other than a slight confusion over our check-in time, which ended up being sorted pretty quickly. Asked for late check-out also and was not a problem.

Friendly Rentals were a delight to deal with, professional, responsive, helpful and everything they told us was 100% accurate. Exactly as described, the apartment could not have been more centrally placed in El Gotico, less than a minute's walk to the very heart of Las Ramblas. It was spotlessly clean, 100% secure and had every modern convenience you could possibly want. We loved it! I would rent from Friendly Rentals again without any hesitation.

Can´t accept a companies bad behavior. We were on our way to New york and had booked a room since 5 months. Now when it´s two weeks left to go, they cancel the booking. After a couple of telephone discussions, they also got very, very rude.

From fuss free booking through to the amazing apartment I would highly recommend, and already have!, to friends using Friendly Rentals again. The apartment was great for us as a family of three, clean, comfortable and in a quiet but very central location. Perfect for exploring the wonderful Venice and with air conditioning the apartment gave us rest bite from the intense August heat! The whole experience is one that made my 8 year olds first visit to Venice one to remember and to start saving up for the next visit!

We spent a week at this spacious (85m2), first floor (lift) apartment in early July. It is well located on a pedestrian street (San Marcial 21), across from a Zara and beside Nespresso. San Sebastián is a small city and it was easy to walk to the train station, pinxos of the old town, the beach, etc: nothing took more than ten minutes to stroll to. The two bedrooms were adequate size (one queen bed, the other was trundle beds), each with a night table, chair, closet with adequate hanging space. Importantly, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower (no bath) and there was a cupboard and drawers to store our stuff. Towels, toilet paper, hand soap (dispenser) and a hair dryer were provided but no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. The kitchen had everything we could need plus there were a few things in the cupboard like tea and sugar. The coffee machine made us appreciate the next door Nespresso shop. There is a washer/dryer but no English instructions but fortunately these are available online. Dish washing liquid, dishwasher powder and laundry powder is provided. There is a broom closet by the entrance (with iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. During the week we were there no cleaning or towel change was provided but the apartment was easy to keep clean and with the washer/dryer lets you do your own towels or sheets as needed. The living room was spacious and the seating comfortable. The small dining table and chairs by the window were also fine. All three rooms had windows that could be opened. The only disadvantage of the open windows was that there was noise during the night: people returning from the bars, street cleaning, rubbish removal, early morning deliveries and workers chatting while waiting for their shop doors to be opened to them. However, we preferred this to air conditioning. There is free wifi and we always had a good connection. There is a safe in the master bedroom wall but it is locked. A safe would have been appreciated. We found the apartment to be better than the online photos. Highly recommend. We very much enjoyed our stay in San Sebastián and hope to return for a longer stay. We were so impressed with Friendly Rentals that we are relying on them again next month - this time in Rome.

The best was the location i Barcelona. Short way to La Rambla and short way to Barcelonetta. Check-out was good, just leaving the key's inside. Big apartment with sleeping sofa and breakfast table. We had trouble with the shower the first evening. This was after 2100. After a phone call a service tech fixed this before 2300. Excellent service :-) Only spanish tv-channels, some with English would be nice Check-out was good, just leaving the key's inside. Check- in was not good, collecting the key approx 1,5 km from the appartment. The sleeping sofa could provide better sleep.

After my initial issues of finding the office first which was away from my apartment, I had a pleasant surprise to find my nice little haven away from the hustle and bustle of the middle of Barcelona. The apartment was very well decorated and furnished. As comfortable and modern as you would want a holiday location to be and handy to all the retail shops you could dream of when that way inclined. So I was very happy with my 3 night stay at PT Casa Batllo BCN. I would recommend it to anyone looking for great value for money and comfort.
