I can't rate this company highly enough, not only was my OH's cologne much cheaper here than elsewhere, he also received a complementary weekend bag and free samples. Very Impressed, fast delivery by Royal Mail, I will certainly use Fragrance Expert again.

Found this perfume I was looking for on this site & it was much cheaper than anywhere else plus came with a lovely free gift. Super fast FREE postage & lots of complimentary samples thrown in too. Very impressed with this company, will definitely use them again.

Happy with fragrance, cost and delivery

Ordered perfume with no problems but trying to get it delivered by UKMAIL is something else. Took time off work for delivery but no show. Promised phone call from UKMAIL to re arrange delivery, still waiting for call back. Phoned UKMAIL Back told if I want goods I would have to go to Runcorn depot to pick up. Phoned Fragrance Expert customer services to explain delivery problems. Received call back from Fragrance Expert informing me delivery would be next day before 12pm and they would phone me back to ensure I got purchased goods. Guess what NO delivery and no call back. Wife ended up having to phone Fragrance Expert to explain about none delivery. Again another delivery time given only to be changed by UKMAIL 30 minutes later. I have never experienced such a bad run courier service as in UKMAIL. There customer services are a joke. I will never order from fragrance Expert again why they are using UKMAIL as there courier service. The whole thing from start to finish has been a nightmare and very stressful. Please be warned!!

Everywhere else was really expensive and didn't offer the larger bottle. This place has everything at much cheaper prices and it's all genuine. I will always use this site in the future

I was really impressed with the low price, saving £15 - £20 on the usual UK store price for my favourite perfume. Bit worried it was a scam company, but I checked the reviews and it seemed fine. The perfume arrived exactly as described on the site and was well packaged (with a couple of freebie samples included). BUT - I paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered on a Thursday at about 15:00, so could excuse not getting it the very next day, but was a bit surprised to get an email from UKMail saying delivery wouldn't be until Monday between 14:15 - 15:15. When nothing had arrived by 15:40, I checked the delivery tracker and it showed the order as "delivered". Although I had been waiting in and knew no one had called, I live in a block of flats and it's not unknown for couriers to just leave parcels in the post room, which then disappear, so I was a bit concerned. Tried to call UKMail, but just ended up hanging on for 15 minutes. Sent an email via their website, but just an acknowledgement email response. Tried Twitter, but no response (not surprising judging from the number of other people complaining on there). The parcel did turn up at 16:40, by which time I was thoroughly pissed off. Shame Fragrance Expert are let down by their delivery company. I'll certainly use them again, but won't be bothering to pay extra for UKMail.

I was a little wary of ordering from this website because I couldn't believe how much cheaper the products were, but I gave it a go, and I am so glad I did. The website was easy to use, and the delivery was superfast and well packaged, all in all a super experience in online shopping !! Will be buying all the perfumes & aftershaves for Christmas from them.

Cannot fault this company - just placed my second order with them - They are one of the few companies who offer a next day delivery for a reasonable price - Highly recommended.

Once we had found Ted and gone out on our first shoot he made us feeling very relaxed with him so by the time he photographed the wedding even my husband was completely loving it smiling and posing for the camera I thought he would never come round but Ted won him over and Ted carried on snapping the day winning over the children with the real Ted a big kid at heart big love and thanks once again the photos are such reminder of the special moments time and time again will cherish then for ever Mr & Mrs Marchant xXx💋

Shopped around for this perfume. The price paid is much lower than high street. and propmp speedy delivery. would recommend!
