The service is great as usual from footwear etc. However, tomorrow I will be returning the sandals because the straps are too tight on my husband's wide foot. A concern I have is my receipt states a discounted $7.95 flat-rate for Rewards Members will be charged, but when I printed my return label it indicated a $9.95 fee would be charged. I am hoping Footwear Etc. will be honoring the $7.95 shipping as stated on my receipt.
