Great service. Immediately stayed in touch about the potential delay of the product and apologized for the inconvenience. Although the product was shipped with a week delay, once they started the shipping I was notified. The packaging of the bottles was excellent, to prevent any accidents.

Wonderful communication
Wonderful communication. They had to deliver to a business and they called me to set up delivery because they realized my business wasnt open on Sat or Sunday. They also, delivered it in a gift bag even though I didnt request one. I will definetely be using them again. I normally never review other businesses but I was very impressed with Folsom Wine & Spririts!

Slow shipping
Slow shipping. They pulled a shipping label with a tracking number for UPS and it took them two days for UPS to take possession. Label created 10/17 and shipped out on 10/21
