I ordered a bottle with expedited 3 day shipping before Christmas and it sat with no movement until i finally reached out and told them I would write a poor review if they didn’t ship it that day. No apology just blaming it on the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I was excited about finding a company that had my gentleman friend favorite beverage in stock and I immediately ordered it. However the package was damaged during shipping.I was notified that it was being returned to the sender by the carrier. Folsom never contacted me regarding my order of returned goods. I reached out to them for the status of my order after not hearing from them over the course of two weeks. They will only reship if I pay for the $30 reshipping cost. On top of that they would not refund the original shipping cost. I was really looking forward to surprising my friend during the holidays with this special gift. Bummer… oh well lesson learned.
