Excellent Customer Service
Folsom has some of the best customer service I've experienced. UPS literally dropped my order leaving me with less than what I'd ordered. Although I hadn't paid for delivery insurance, Folsom quickly reimbursed me for the damaged bottles. Not only is there customer service superb, they also have a great selection and quick deliveries.

I ordered 2 boxes of Tahoe Blue shots
I ordered 2 boxes of Tahoe Blue shots. Each box contained 12 shots. When they arrived, both the box they were in and the shipping box was wet. Of the 24 shots that arrived, only 10 of them were completely full. The other 14 were half to 3/4 full. The bottles were still sealed, but they must have leaked from the seal. I contacted the company, who said they would check into it, but have not heard back. I ordered them for a Tahoe bachelor party, so I am really disappointed not to have them, and they were not inexpensive!

A great tasting whiskey.

Wonderful experience from ordering to receiving.
Product selection was fantastic and ordering was very easy. Ship time was quick, considering we are across the country. The box was superbly packed and all the bottles arrived in great condition. Overall the experience was excellent. We will definitely purchase again.
