Good company but not perfect.
Placed 2 orders with Folsom presently. The first was 6 bottles of Eagle Rare 10 year. Packaged Flawlessly, Priced well, Shipping costs priced competitively. 5 star purchase!!! Second purchase was 2 bottles of Rock Hill Farms. Priced competitively, Packaging left a little to be desired as one bottle leaked during the shipment. Shipping costs priced competitively. 3 star purchase. I let Folsom know about this issue on the second purchase. They responded within 48 hours which was satisfactory. While they did say they were sorry for this issue and offered me a 5% discount on a future purchase, the core issue of making sure a $375 bottle of bourbon does not leak in transit was not addressed. I like this company and will definitely consider buying from them in the future. However I would like a solution to the issue I had.
