ETL has been one of my Unicorns. $200 was a fair price in the aftermarket. Packaging was superb. I pray that a BTAC will show up in the $300 and below range some day.
Smooth process
Ordered online. Got what I ordered in a timely manner, and it was packaged quite safely as I literately watched the UPS driver drop the package on the ground as he was walking up to my house.

I placed an order $300 worth I selected the insurance. It was destroyed and thrown away by UPS. They said I didn’t choose the insurance and I was out $300 and I’ve asked them to not communicate with me anymore and they still continue to send me text and emails. I will never do business with them again. They have some serious issues with UPS, they were successful 33% of the time with their last three shipments with me.

My most recent order was for a bottle of Blanton's and a bottle of Eagle Rare. When the shipment arrived, the bottle of Blanton's was empty. I emailed Folsom and they had an explanation. The wax seal on the bottle had apparently degraded and the contents had leaked out. I was quickly sent a new bottle...no questions asked and no hassle. Great company!!

My experience was great, and the ordering process and shipping were prompt. However, I would have loved to have been notified before my shipment went out that the bundle with the bottle I ordered was no longer available rather than learn later that the membership and T-shirt were no longer available and offered a 5% credit. I ordered ten bottles total and would have loved the courtesy of an email before the order shipped.
Emailed to change order right after creating and was charged 10% of full amount. Who does business like this? Scumbags. They say the order was already packed, the changes were requested within a couple hours, after business hours. They state a 4 day processing time.
Great first experience shopping here for bottled beer that isn’t available where we live. Shipping was fast and product was very well packaged. We will be shopping here again!
