I ordered a sampler set as a gift and was going to have it shipped. A representative contacted me informing me they are unable to ship to NJ and suggested I have it shipped to another state. Fortunately my niece lives in Delaware, and I had it shipped there. Thank you for being so flexible.

When searching for a very particular bottle, I was thrilled that Folsom Wine & Spirits was not only one of the most affordable options (for that bottle + shipping), but was then DELIGHTED by how quickly my purchase was processed and shipped. I had even made a mistake while checking out, and my email was returned within hours ensuring that my mistake would not affect my purchase - so excellent customer service! While Folsom Wine & Spirits is not exactly 'local' to me, it was awesome to be able to support them as opposed to the bigger beverage brands that were wanting to charge me more and had longer estimated arrival times. Ordered 2 bottles of Caribou Crossing. On arrival, 1 bottle had broken antlers. Tried to call the company numerous times on numerous days, and received no response. I also emailed with pictures to get guidance on how to handle the issue, but again, no one ever responded.

Delivers hard to find items as advertised in a reasonable amount of time for an acceptable price. I did have one issue where an older bottle leaked. They did mention before hand this could happen but I didn’t realize they were telling me that the cork was loose and it will certainly happen. Otherwise, every other product has been pristine.
Been waiting 5 days for a bottle of Weller 12. Ordered on the 21st of Nov. Today is the 26th still no word from anyone. Highly disappointed with this shops website. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
